The hibooks app for mobiles is available on both iOS and Android for you to download.
This will allow you to use features such as receipt scanning when you are on the move. Learn also how to take a photo on the hibooks app.
How to download the app ?
hibooks is available for both Apple and Android devices to download and use straight away.
To do this, go on the App Store or the Play Store.
From there, when hibooks is downloaded onto your device, you can then access the app to sign in if you already have a hibooks account form the desktop and to sign up if you haven't and you want to create your account.
How to sign in to your account on the app ?
When you have downloaded the app, you can sign in to your account if you have already an existing one.
To do this, like on the desktop, enter your email and your password. Click on Log In.
How to sign up on the app ?
If you don't have one, you can create your account by clicking on Sign Up.
The first thing you need to do is to enter your email address.
On the next step, you will have to create your password to log in. It will need to have at least 6 characters with both lower and upper case letters, at least a number and a special character.
To personalise your profile, you can enter your first and last name.
Select the location of your business.
You will then have to choose if your company is a Limited Liability Company or Sole Trader.
If your company is a Limited Liability Company in the UK, then you can use the search bar to find your business.
If not, you will have to enter details such as Business Name, the dates to Prepare Account From and First Account Made Up To.
Click on Continue and you can then get started on hibooks using our mobile app!
