Find your way around the All Transactions tab on your Bank Account page

The All Transactions tab on your bank account page displays a list of all the money in and money out transactions that you have created on hibooks as part of your daily business activities that have been reconciled. Learn how to navigate in Banking and how to navigate the To Reconcile tab.

How do I access the All Transactions tab ?

  • Select Banking from the side bar menu and you will land on your default bank account.

  • Then you just need to click on the All Transactions tab. Here you will find a list of all your transactions from your default bank account that have been reconciled.

What Information is Contained in the All Transactions tab ?

The transactions in the All Transactions tab contain the following details:

  • Date: The date the transaction was created in hibooks.

  • Description: The name of the transaction.

  • Allocated Document: If there is an allocated document, you will see it when you open the transaction.

  • Payee : the person who has been paid.

  • Paid In/Paid Out: The amount that has been paid in or paid out of the bank account, relating to that transaction, with the currency.

  • Balance : The running balance on your bank account according to hibooks.

  • Actions : This indicates whether the transaction has been reconciled or remains unreconciled.

How do I Sort the All Transactions list ?

  • To sort the order of the Account Transaction list by date, simply click the arrow on the Date column header. Depending on what you want the list will start with the oldest or the most recent transaction.

How do I Filter the All Transactions tab ?

You can filter the All Transactions list by status and time period parameters. To filter the list :

  • Select Filters and then on Filter By.

  • You can choose your filters through Transaction Type, Status and Amount.

  • Click on Apply when you have set the parameters of the filter.
