In hibooks, you can import a receipt so that the data can be extracted and automatically entered into the system. You can import a receipt by uploading via your browser or uploading via email. How do I Import a Receipt from My Browser ?
On your hibooks page select Receipts from the sidebar menu.
Click on Browse the files. Select the receipt from your computer and it will be processed through the system.
If you have the file available, you can also drag and drop directly the receipt to have all the data available and for it to be processed.
How do I Upload via Email Adress ?
On your Receipts page, you have a customised email address available for your business to use collecting information and data.
It's possible to edit the customised email address by clicking on Edit. And then on Edit again. You can change the email address to whatever you want, as long as it has not already been used in the system. Click on Confirm Changes when you have finished changing your customised email address.
If you have clicked on Edit, then you can enable which user can send information and data.
In this section, you can also select who can forward documents such as receipts and bills by selecting any user available.
Click on Add New User and you can add a new user in hibooks for them to be able to send information to the customised email address.`
Click to Copy for the email address and you can use this for billing and registering new services. You can also use this address to get all your staff to send their expenses and bills.
