In Receipts, you can archive a receipt so you don't have to delete it completely from the system. It is possible to restore a receipt if a mistake was made. Learn how to Navigate in Receipts and how to Import a Receipt.
How do I Archive a Receipt ?
To access the page, click on Receipts from the sidebar menu.
Click on the Reviewed tab.
There are two ways to archive a receipt.
Either individually by clicking on the button with three dots of the receipt you want to archive. Click on Archive.
Or in bulk by ticking the tick box at the top left and click on Archive.
In both cases you must confirm the action by clicking on Yes and your receipt will be archived in the Archived tab.
How do I Restore a Receipt ?
On your Receipts page, select the Archived tab.
There are two ways to restore a receipt.
Either individually by clicking on the button with three dots of the receipt you want to restore. Click on Restore.
Or in bulk by ticking the tick box at the top left and click on Restore.
In both cases you must confirm the action by clicking on Yes and your receipt will be restored in the Reviewed tab.
