Chart of Accounts is a section where you can manage accounts that you have created for the business. Here you can add new, manage existing codes, save a list in a .PDF file or export it in a .csv table. How do I View my Accounts in Chart of Accounts ?


  • To find the list of accounts in your chart of accounts, select Accounting from the sidebar menu and click on Chart of Accounts from the drop-down menu.

  • Each newly created company already has a default chart, that can not be edited, deleted, or archived.

  • You can view the statement of each account report by clicking the icon under Actions.

Note: The application creates different reports using specific types of account. For example, Profit and Loss report is based on Revenue/Expense type of account.

How do I Create a New Account ?

  • Select Accounting from the side bar menu and Chart of Accounts from the drop-down menu.

  • Click on Add New.

How do I Edit an Account ?

  • Select Accounting from the side bar menu and Chart of Accounts from the drop-down menu.

  • Click on the account you wish to edit.

  • Make the changes needed and click on Save.

How do I Export a File ?

To export your list of accounts :

  • You can export the list of your accounts in Chart of Accounts by clicking on Export. The file will be downloaded on your device in XLSX.

To export a Statement of Account :

  • To access the Statement of Account you want to export, click on the icon under Actions.

  • In your Statement of Account, click on the export button.

  • You have the option to export your Statement of Account in PDF, XLS or CSV file on your device.
