How do I sign up to hibooks ?
To access the page, click here.
On the first step to sign up to hibooks, you need to enter your first name, last name and email address. Note : you need to activate and confirm your email address before logging into the system for the second time.
On the next step, you will have to create your password to log in. It will need to have at least 6 characters with both lower and upper case letters, at least a number and a special character.
Then you will need to select the country of your business.
After that, you have to indicate if your business is a Limited Liability Company or a Sole Trader.
If your business is a Limited Liability Company then you can use the search bar to find your business via the name of the company or registration number.
If not, you will have to enter your business details. The fields Business Name, Prepare Accounts From and First Accounts Made Up To are mandatory. Click on Continue when finished.
Finally, you can choose your currency for the business. If you are VAT registered, then you can tick the tickbox and enter the VAT Registration Number. Click on Get Started !
Once you do that, you will land on this page, giving you tips on how you can start using hibooks.
How do I sign in to hibooks ?
You can sign in to hibooks by entering your email address and password or with your Google account.
